Welcome to Greenleys Junior School

Governance

Governor information and status. All governors have a term of office of 4 years

The Governing Board is responsible for both Greenleys Junior School and Great Linford Primary School.

The Board undertake a number of statutory duties and offers both support and challenge to both schools. We are always looking for new governors – please contact the school office if you think you could help.

Governor meetings are either ‘Full Governing Board’ (FGB) meetings or ‘Committee Meetings’. At certain strategic points in the year, each meeting will focus on specific items such as finance, human resources, safeguarding and the quality of education. A separate Policies Committee will also review all the school and federation policies, passing those to the FGB when required.

To contact the Governing Board you can email or write to the school office and address the email/letter to the Chair of Governors, Mrs Myra Hall.
